services · nine channels · one job each
NINE FADERS. YOU NEED ONE.
Every channel below does one job. Need just one? Push it. Not sure which? Describe the situation and we will diagnose and say which. Want the whole desk run for you? That is full service, and we do it too. Try it. Push a fader.

01 the nine
EVERY FADER
HAS A JOB.
Open one. Each channel says what it fixes, when it is the right move — and when it is not. Push the fader from here if it sounds like you, or push none and just write to us: diagnosing which fader is our job.
-
fixes
Repetitive work that eats the day and the replies that arrive too late. Keeps people in control of the decisions that matter.
best when
The team drowns in copy-paste, and a new lead waits hours for a first human answer.
not when
The process itself changes every week. Automate a stable thing, not a moving one.
the lightest setup that survives Monday.
-
fixes
The technical base, the pages that answer real demand, and the measurement of what organic visits actually lead to.
best when
Competitors rank for what you sell, and your blog is a diary nobody reads.
not when
Nobody searches for it yet. That is a demand-creation job — a different fader.
useful pages first. rankings come after.
-
fixes
Search demand, landing pages and tracking connected — so useful enquiries become visible and countable.
best when
There is demand right now, and you need it this month, not next year.
not when
The offer is unclear. Ads only make an unclear offer expensive faster.
clicks are easy. revenue is the point.
-
fixes
Facts and answers structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI understand — and cite — your brand.
best when
Your buyers ask an AI first, and it names someone else.
not when
The basic facts on your own site are not straight yet. Fix the source before the citation.

-
fixes
The real questions buyers have before they write — answered where they look, so they choose with a clear head.
best when
The sale is complex, expensive, or several people have to agree first.
not when
You need enquiries this month. Content compounds; it does not sprint.
answer the question they're afraid to ask.
-
fixes
Reliable measurement, honest attribution, and reports that end in a decision rather than a chart.
best when
Ads, analytics and CRM disagree — and every meeting starts with "which number is right?"
not when
You get five leads a month. Count them by hand first; build the dashboard when counting hurts.
a chart is not a decision.
-
fixes
Offers and creative ideas tested fast, with attention, enquiries and sales kept in separate columns.
best when
The offer is visual, local, and demand has to be created rather than caught.
not when
Your buyer is a job title, and there are three hundred of them in the country. That is LinkedIn.
attention is cheap. enquiries are not.
-
fixes
Relevant B2B conversations with the right people — the right companies, the right role, a real reason to write.
best when
Your buyer is a job title, several people decide, and each of them needs an argument.
not when
You sell to consumers — or nobody on your side can answer a reply within a day.
no mass messaging. ever.
-
fixes
Sites and stores that are clear to customers and practical for the team to keep improving. WordPress, OpenCart or custom — chosen for the task.
best when
Ads and SEO already bring people, and the site is where they get lost.
not when
Traffic is the leak. A new site does not fix an empty room.
where the sale actually happens.
we never say is "sure".
02 what we'll talk you out of
FIVE THINGS
WE SAY NO TO.
Every one of these is a real request we get, and every one would be paid work for us. We turn them down because the fader is wrong for the blocker — not because it is one fader or nine. Flexibility is the point; the wrong tool is not.
-
SEO when nobody searches for it yet.
New category, zero queries. Ranking first for silence is still silence. Instead → Meta Ads to create demand, then SEO once people start typing.
-
Meta Ads for a buyer who is a job title.
Three hundred facility managers in Germany do not scroll for solar carports. Instead → LinkedIn outbound plus one page that answers their objection.
-
A new website when the old one converts fine.
If the leak is traffic, a redesign is an expensive way to keep the room empty. Instead → Google Ads or SEO — fix the flow, keep the room.
-
AI Search before the facts on your site are straight.
Assistants cite what they can parse. Three different addresses on three pages get you cited wrong. Instead → Content first: one truth per fact, then the citation work.
-
Automating a process that changes every week.
You would be paying us to rebuild the same workflow monthly. Instead → Analytics to see where leads actually stall, then automate the stable part.
03 mixes that work
ONE FADER, A MIX,
OR THE WHOLE DESK.
Three ways to work with us. One channel, when the blocker is clear. A mix, when it sits between two channels — these are the combinations we actually run. Or the whole desk on full service: one team, one number to watch. Click one and the desk up top sets the faders for you.
all nine, one hand: full service.
04 proof, by fader
ONE NUMBER
PER CASE.
Each case is tagged with the fader that did the work. Numbers are from the public case pages — period and method included there.

05 asked before writing
SHE GETS
THESE A LOT.
that's usually the real one.
SEO or Google Ads — which first?
Ads can test active demand in weeks. SEO makes sense when useful search demand already exists and the business can wait longer. The offer, the timeline and what you can measure decide which fader goes up first.
Can I push several faders at once?
Yes — when the blocker crosses a channel boundary. We start with the smallest useful combination, usually two, rarely three, and never add a channel because it is "in the package".
How long before I see something?
A paid test can produce useful evidence in weeks. SEO and content usually need months. Your site, your market and how fast changes get implemented move that timeline in either direction — we say which before we start.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, when the task is clear and there is enough capacity to act on the answer. The scope has to fit the stage and the budget; a smaller first step is often the right one.
What makes GrandMa different?
The working logic is visible: the question, the evidence, the owner and the next decision. If an idea is not supported by the data, we say so — including when the idea is ours.
How do you measure success?
We agree on the useful signals before the work starts: enquiries, qualified conversations, revenue — or an earlier indicator such as a completed form, when the sale takes months.
Why no calls?
Written answers can be checked, forwarded and re-read. A call cannot. You get the same person, the same reasoning, and a record of both — usually within one working day.

WHICH FADER
FOR YOU?
Push the faders that sound like your situation, or skip them and just describe it: one channel, a mix, or full service, we will say which fits. Usually within one working day.
