TENDERSONRADAR TENDER RADAR

This R&D prototype collected DACH procurement data, filtered potential solar-carport matches and prepared weekly reviews. It shows the research process, not tenders won or revenue for PILLAR.

01 the starting point

DACH TENDERS. MANUAL SCAN.

Solar carport opportunities hide inside public procurement across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Manual keyword checks missed deadlines and produced inconsistent outreach — too slow for field sales.

02 what we built

TENDER RADAR PIPELINE.

Dated CSV snapshots, keyword and CPV filtering, weekly digest exports and outreach markdown packs with German subject lines—ready for LinkedIn or phone, not anonymous spam blasts.

  1. 01

    INGEST DAILY

34 dated DACH tender snapshots were ingested automatically.

  2. 02

    FILTER

146 unique tender IDs remained across the canonical dated snapshots.

  3. 03

    DIGEST & OUTREACH

9 weekly digests contained 98 shortlisted rows; 5 outreach packs contained 795 lines.

04 the footnote

RESEARCH READY
FOR REVIEW.

Instead of scrolling portals, the team opens filtered tender lists, a monthly working pool observed at 62–90 records, 9 weekly digests with 98 shortlisted rows and five outreach packs with 795 lines of context.

05 who this is for

FOR B2B TEAMS IN PUBLIC TENDERS.

Sales and BD teams that cannot manually scan TED, national portals and keyword matches every morning.

  • Run-based ingest with human-readable digests
  • Outreach packs for LinkedIn and phone — not bulk cold mail

06 timeline

HOW THE RADAR RUNS.

  1. Radar runs

34 canonical dated DACH CSV snapshots captured 146 unique tender IDs.

  2. Weekly digest

9 digest CSVs contained 98 shortlisted rows in total.

  3. Priority weeks

5 outreach packs cover selected weeks with buyer context for LinkedIn and phone — fewer packs than the 9 digests.

07 asked about this case

Do you send cold email blasts from this system?

No — packs are written for LinkedIn messages and phone follow-up with buyer context, not bulk anonymous mail.

What do 146 unique tenders mean?

They are unique tender IDs counted across 34 canonical dated CSV snapshots after excluding backup copies—not a hand-picked demo list.

Did PILLAR win bids because of this radar?

We do not publish win rates or bid values we have not measured. This case covers monitoring and outreach prep only.

How often do digests go out?

The evidence window contains 9 weekly digest CSVs with 98 shortlisted rows in total, plus 5 outreach markdown packs with 795 lines. Packs cover selected weeks, so there are fewer packs than digests.
